Well, Hobart...but hard to find and a little pricy. I have a Hobart table top #32 for my business. Biro and Butcher Boy also make commercial grinders. Shop Craigslist and Ebay (although freight). As for Cabella, I looked hard at the #32 and the #44. I know a guy who grinds his own burger for his burger restaurant. He moves quite a bit and has no complaints about his #44. Youtube has lots of Cabella grinder stuff. However, I would recommend a Hobart #22 over any Cabella (IMHO), if money's an issue. Hobart's made in Germany....Cabella in China....just sayin'Don't worry about 3 phase because you can run it on a converter. I do.
